The bill (Reg. No. 2843) suggests establishing that persons subjected to the legislative norm of free provision of coal for the household requirements, personnel and retired workers of mining enterprises, may be provided with free coal and peal briquettes after liquidation or conservation of mining enterprise.
During the discussion it was stressed that other governmental bills are under consideration of the Verkhovna Rada: the bill on amendments to the Tax Code re improvement of taxation of privileged persons, who receive household fuel according to the Mining Code (Reg. No. 2841), and the bill on amendments to the Budget Code re provision with coal and peat briquettes (Reg. No. 2842).
According to the Committee members, these three bills should be considered simultaneously, as "rejection of one of them will not allow solving the concerns raised."
